DO YOU WAGYU?

Wagyu beef pizza & spicy Wagyu salad at one of my favourite Sunday brunch joints on Wyndham Street in Central. When I used to walk around this area as a child, it was rather dodgy and you would not have predicted that 15 years later, a melange of sleek clubs and bars, amazing restaurants and laid back cafes would be lining its streets.

Have you tried Wagyu beef? Isn't it the bomb dot com?

Just a quick post to show an outfit of the day that I wore to grab some MORE sushi. Sorry about the humidity fogging up the camera! I titled the post because the lovely Luxirare described Uni (raw sea urchin) as the foie gras of the sea and I thought it was a cute description. Definitely a love-it-or-hate-it dish, the texture of the Uni is soft and smooth with an oceanic scent and the taste is a rich, buttery fish flavour.
